Why isn’t my login working?

I am getting an error message: ‘You have no qualifications assigned to your account'. What's wrong?

There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to log in:

1. You are trying to log in from the tutor or learner registration page

To log in, ensure you are on the www.smartscreen.co.uk homepage. You cannot log in from the tutor or learner registration pages. Once you are on the home page, enter your email address and password under ’Subscribers log in’ and click the login button.

2. Your password is incorrect

There is a ‘Forgotten your password?’ option under the login box on the main SmartScreen.co.uk homepage. By selecting ‘Click here’ you will be taken to a form where you can submit your email address. Doing so will send you an automatic password reminder via email.

3. Your access has expired

If your centre hasn’t renewed its annual SmartScreen.co.uk subscription for a qualification, then you won’t have access to support for that qualification anymore. You can check this with enquiries@smartscreen.co.uk or ask your centre administrator or you can re-subscribe at www.smartscreen.co.uk/subscribe.

My centre has purchased some new qualifications but when I log in I can’t see them on my account.
