Why isn’t my login working?

I am getting an error message: ‘You have no qualifications assigned to your account'. What's wrong?

I’ve self registered but I can’t log on.

Make sure you go to www.smartscreen.co.uk. On this page you will see the subscribers log in area. This is where you put your email address and password and click on login. You do not need to visit www.smartsreen.co.uk/tutorlogins or www.smartsreen.co.uk/learnerlogins again.
