My centre has purchased some new qualifications but when I log in I can’t see them on my account.

Why isn’t my login working?

I am getting an error message: ‘You have no qualifications assigned to your account'. What's wrong?

I’ve self registered but I can’t log on.

My centre has purchased some new qualifications but when I log in I can’t see them on my account.

Simply visit www.smartscreen.co.uk and log in as usual in the subscribers log in area. Once you are logged in click on ‘edit profile’ on the left-hand side tool bar. Here there is a list of the qualifications that your centre has subscribed to. You may then select or deselect the qualifications you wish to have on your profile.

Remember to scroll to the bottom of the page and click on ‘update details’ to save your changes.
