Why can’t I download the pdf files?

You need Adobe Reader to open pdf files. You can download this for free simply by clicking on the Adobe Reader icon under the files and following the instructions. If you already have Adobe Reader and you are still experiencing problems right-click on the file you wish to open, select the ‘save as’ option and save to your local or network drive. You will then be able to open the file by double-clicking within Windows Explorer.
