From the 9 November SmartScreen resources for the following qualifications will be no longer be available to purchase, instead access will become available at no extra cost upon registration of learners:
What do I need to do?
It's easy! Simply visit www.walled-garden.com and login in the usual way. Click on 'Shopping basket' in the top right corner and then 'named registration' as you would to register a new candidate or select an existing one. You'll be asked to select a SmartScreen Administrator and any additional products. The SmartScreen administrator will be responsible for receiving and issuing access details to all Health & Social Care/Children’s Care tutors and learners. They will also be responsible for receiving and acting upon access termination reminders from us. You can change this at a later date if you wish.
Proceed to the checkout and you will see SmartScreen included with this registration. Once the order has been submitted the SmartScreen Administrator selected will receive all the access details for tutors and learners for distribution.
Please note: if there is no registration activity within 12 months of registering your first candidate for a qualification, we will terminate your SmartScreen access on the 13th Month. You will receive termination reminders in advance of this.
